4. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your landscaping services, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible for our team to complete the landscaping work. Any obstructions or hazards must be communicated prior to the service date. Dishivkov Landscaping LLC is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by the client’s failure to comply with these guidelines.

6. Warranty and Liability

Dishivkov Landscaping LLC offers a warranty on certain landscaping services, which will be specified in the service contract. Our company is not liable for any issues arising from external factors such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide to Dishivkov Landscaping LLC will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

Dishivkov Landscaping LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kentucky.
